Abigail is currently the HSEQ Manager for the maintenance division of Monadelphous, a leading Australian engineering group providing construction, maintenance and industrial services to the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors.
For more than 25 years, Abigail has performed numerous roles in safety and emergency response in industries such as petrochemical, mining, dangerous goods and energy. Abigail is a Certified OHS Professional completing an Executive Certificate in Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Post Graduate Diploma in OHS, Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management and Executive Master in Leadership, Strategy and Innovation.
As a Monadelphous representative, Abigail is a HSE Advisor to the Senior Leadership Group of the WA/NT chapter of Safer Together and a Psychosocial Safety Working Group Member with the CME(WA).
Abigail has been an AIHS member for more than 15 years, participating as a mentor for several members and recently joined the WA Committee to support members and the WHS profession.
